This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the ra888 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ra888 platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the ra888 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Are a resident of or accessing the platform from Malaysia;
- Not prohibited by any local or international law from using online betting services;
- Register in your own name and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
Ra888 reserves the right to deny or terminate access for any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ra888 platform. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. ra888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Password Security
Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and all activity that occurs within their account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ra888 support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification
Before processing a withdrawal or when required, ra888 may request identity verification documents such as a national ID, driving licence, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the ra888 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activities;

- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform;
- Registering a fake account or using another person's identity information;
- Taking any action that disrupts or damages the operation of the platform;

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary. ra888 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their betting activities are legal in their jurisdiction. ra888 is not liable for any violations of local laws by users.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the ra888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX internet banking, and local bank transfer. The minimum deposit is RM 30, depending on the chosen method.
Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered in the user's profile. The account holder's name must match the information registered on the ra888 profile. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the banking institution.
Ra888 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms of use, pending the completion of an investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by ra888 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must fulfil the stipulated rollover requirements before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Full details for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Ra888 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus found to have been misused or obtained through illegitimate means. Any attempt to exploit promotions will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension or Closure Policy

Account Suspension & Closure
Ra888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, fraudulent or suspicious activity, duplicate registration, or at the request of relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned upon completion of the investigation and verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the ra888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ra888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any part of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
